Can I use the Overdrive Media Console app to read and return enki ebooks?

  1. We cannot guarantee that enki downloads will work in other third party vendor apps/readers. We do recommend you read enki titles in the Bluefire app since it is not developed specifically for one vendor's ebooks. We are currently working on providing libraries that subscribe to enki with a new eReader app called SimplyE that will allow for download and discovery of ebooks on all platforms that the library subscribes to (Overdrive, Cloud Library, enki, Axis360, etc). This will be available for libraries in 6-8 months. We will announce when ready. --------- Previously with OverDrive, I was successfully able to download and read enki ebooks on an iPad. However, more recent download attempts have stalled out after the title icon appears in bookshelf but before the file actually begins to download. And all further attempts to continue downloading from within OverDrive v.3.6.4 are unsuccessful, ending with the file in "waiting" mode. Any thoughts or suggestions? Please advise. Thanks in advance for your attention.
